
Molly is an actor, director, writer and educator based in LA. She hails from Milwaukee,WI where she has worked at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater and First Stage Children’s Theater as a child. She received her undergraduate training at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Where she studied European physical clowning and collaborative and interdisciplinary devised performance. After graduation from the University of Minnesota, Corkins trained with the SITI Company at Skidmore College. She has trained with the Suzuki Company of Toga (SCOT) in Togamura, Japan.
Corkins has trained, worked and taught regionally in the midwest as well as here in Los Angeles. She is a MFA Candidate at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television. She is an interdisciplinary trained performer, with extensive movement and combat training that allows her to devise and choreograph movement scores. Corkins holds her undergraduate degree in theatre from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where she was first explored and trained in devised methods of performance work.
